Directorul britanic Legal 500, care a realizat, în ultimii 33 de ani, unele dintre cele mai complete clasamente ale firmelor de avocatură specializate în diverse arii ale dreptului, a lansat ediția 2021 a Arbitration Powerlist: Central and Eastern Europe. Publicația prezintă cei mai importanți consultanți activi în acest domeniu pe piețele din Europa Centrală și de Est, incluzând Austria, Polonia, statele baltice și până la Serbia și Macedonia. Potrivit editorilor, au fost reflectați „cei considerați a fi practicieni de referință în acest domeniu”.

Din România au fost evidențiați un arbitru de pe lângă Curtea de Arbitraj Internațional București (BIAC) și 15 avocați, cele mai multe nominalizări revenind societății Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații. Astfel, publicația menționează 5 specialiști în domeniul arbitrajelor interne și internaționale, și anume Florentin Țuca, Levana Zigmund, Anca Pușcașu, Cornel Popa, Robert Roșu. Toți sunt avocați cu peste 20 de ani de experiență în ceea ce privește arbitrajele interne și internaționale derulate conform regulilor Curții de Arbitraj de pe lângă Camera de Comerț și Industrie din România, dar și ale Centrului Internațional de Reglementare a Disputelor Relative la Investiții (ICSID), Camerei de ComerțInternaționale (ICC), Curții Permanente de Arbitraj de la Haga, ori regulilor de arbitraj GAFTA.

15 Romanian lawyers and an arbitrator, on the list of the leading arbitration practitioners in the CEE region

The Legal 500 has recently released the ‘Arbitration Powerlist: Central and Eastern Europe’, a list of the best arbitration counsels in the CEE region. Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații achieved the largest number of listings for any law firm in Romania.

For 33 years, The Legal 500 has been analysing the capabilities of law firms and sets across the world, compiling one of the most accurate and comprehensive rankings in the legal field. The publisher has recently released the Arbitration Powerlist: Central and Eastern Europe, showcasing the leading practitioners working in the region, from Austria and Poland to the Baltic nations and down to Serbia and North Macedonia. According to the editors, "the listing reflects those practitioners that are deemed the gold standard by business”.

The listing from Romania includes 15 lawyers and one arbitrator of the Bucharest International Court of Arbitration (BIAC), with Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații receiving the largest number of nominations. No less than five lawyers from the Romanian law firm were included in the publication - Florentin Țuca, Levana Zigmund, Anca Pușcașu, Cornel Popa, Robert Roșu.
